The collection consists of photocopies of correspondence between the City of Eau Claire, the Water Street Businessmen's Association and the Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company. There are also newspaper clippings covering the acquisition and display of the locomotive, blueprints of the locomotive and a photocopied article from Soo Liner Magazine.
